Pinehurst consists of 76 townhomes as well as surrounding common areas, private streets, private drives, and amenities such as a picnic pavilion. 
 
A Board of Directors, comprised of elected homeowners, manages the business of Pinehurst Inc., including establishing monthly dues that maintain private streets and lights, parking, the pavilion area, mailboxes, and services such as refuse removal, recycling, lawn care, and snow removal.
