Pinehurst Inc. is a corporation of 76 townhomes in the Colonial Hills area of southeast Lincoln, Nebraska. The corporation owns all the “common area” on 11 acres of land, the private streets and drives outside each individual lot’s boundaries.

A board of directors (comprised of elected homeowners) manages the business of the corporation, including fixing monthly dues that maintain the private streets and lights, parking, the pavilion area and mailboxes, as well as refuse-recycling service, lawn care and snow removal.

The board works with homeowners to keep Pinehurst beautiful; to keep property values high and to maintain the integrity intended by the architects of the Pinehurst Addition.
